Jessy Mendiola can not get a break with various bashers via social media after her most recent mistake on Instagram.
As indicated by WE, the issue initially surfaced on the site of showbiz pundit, Fashion Pulis.
On Instagram, the Kapamilya performing artist shared a photograph of her skydiving background in New Zealand together with her sweetheart, TV host Luis Manzano. Her caption read: "Swipe left to see my cries and that my jump master Marcos just laughed at me. Thank you again my love for taking me on an adventure, I'm very sure this is not going to be our last time doing crazy things. I love you @ luckymanzano, my daredevil. "
One commenter asked how much was the skydiving package, and the actress replied, "starting prize at 350 NZ dollars :)"
Of course, the Internet being a haven for perfectionists and so-called Nazism grammar, the netizens had a field day nitpicking on Jessy's photo comments thread. Some were asking if she confused prize with price, and perhaps, it was a case of typographical error. After all, 'z' is quite near 'c', and anyone could easily make that mistake. However, others were not as forgiving as they mocked the actress on the comments section of her post.
The actress and Luis went to New Zealand as guests in the wedding of Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff. Meanwhile, Luis's ex, Angel Locsin, was also invited to the nuptials.
This was not the first time that Jessy got some heat on Instagram, after a few bashers questioned her presence at the wedding. According to a PUSH report, the actress took a swipe and her critics and wrote, "For all the people who have the brain to take care of who invited or not, I'm not likely to go to a wedding that I did not invite . "
Apparently, netizens were anticipating a confrontation between Jessy and Angel, after they previously exchanged catty comments on social media about their overlapping relationship with Luis.
"It's just a good vibe, it does not matter who will meet me, the important thing is we are ready to put aside our issues for such a wonderful event," Jessy commented on Luis's Instagram post.
The youthful on-screen character additionally replied back against one netizen who recommended that Luis should simply wed her to 'save' her from consistent bashing.
She wrote, "Marriage is not something you just do for the sake of pleasing other people, not to save anyone from bashing, it's a special union that binds two people in love. Everything happens at the right time and with the right reasons."
